Booking Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT METHODS & NEW CLIENT VERIFICATION
Rates are non-negotiable and established by our models. Payments are accepted in cash (short meetings up to 6h), online credit card payments (discreet online payments upfront only), Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, or bank transfers (upfront only).
For new clients, we require either hotel room verification (hotel name, room number, and full guest name) or an advance payment of at least 50% of the total rate for short local (in-town) bookings.
Incalls or home outcalls for new clients require a deposit payment. Outcalls to five-star hotels do not require a deposit; however, hotel room verification (room number and guest name) is required.
If the booking is not within the next 24 hours, you may email us with your real name, telephone number and email address and we will contact you. We are extremely discreet and will only retain your contact details upon request. No unsolicited contact will be made after your booking and we will arrange to contact you in the way that is most convenient for you.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS
An advance payment of 50% is required for extended bookings longer than 6 hours. Advance payments must be cleared at least 3 days before the meeting takes place.
Any booking of less than 6 hours requested outside our working office hours (10:00am to 00:00am GMT+2) will require a deposit to confirm the appointment.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Deposits are non-refundable. Any deposit paid will be retained as account credit and may be used toward future reservations with any model of your choice, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.
Gold Membership deposits remain valid for up to one year from the date payment is received. Diamond Membership deposits remain valid for up to two years from the date payment is received.
Any unused balance remaining after the applicable validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
DEPOSIT CREDIT USAGE
Payment arrangements vary depending on the duration of the reservation, destination, availability, and the model selected.
Short reservations, typically under six hours, do not require the use of deposit credit and may be paid directly using any of our available payment methods.
Should a client wish to use deposit credit for a short reservation, Elite Models VIP may, at its sole discretion, allow the use of deposit credit for up to 50% of the total reservation value. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the model upon her arrival.
In exceptional cases, certain models may accept a higher percentage or full payment using deposit credit. Such exceptions remain subject to the model's preferences, availability, operational requirements, and prior approval by Elite Models VIP and should not be considered standard policy.
Due to the flexible nature of short bookings, which may be subject to schedule changes, availability adjustments, last-minute scheduling requirements, or cancellations up to a few hours before the appointment, the use of deposit credit for short reservations is not guaranteed and remains subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
Reservations of six hours or longer generally require a minimum payment of 50% from the available deposit balance. The remaining balance may be settled according to the payment structure agreed upon by our concierge team.
Long-duration, overnight, travel, and multi-day reservations may generally be paid entirely using available deposit credit, subject to confirmation and approval.
Payment plans may vary depending on the duration of the reservation, destination, scheduling requirements, and the selected model.
Reservations remain subject to availability, schedule changes, and cancellations in accordance with our booking policies. Elite Models VIP reserves the right to determine the most appropriate payment structure for each reservation on a case-by-case basis.
The use of deposit credit is a membership benefit and not an unconditional payment method. Deposit usage may be restricted where operational, scheduling, administrative, financial, or logistical considerations require alternative arrangements.
VIP MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
VIP Members can access our private Members Area and have the opportunity to meet magazine cover models, runway models, Playboy Playmates and famous social media stars exclusively available through our VIP Members Area.
Membership is free to all our regular clients who make at least one reservation of 2 hours or more every 6 months.
Please note that the majority of our models do not wish to be listed online for privacy reasons. More than 400 private models worldwide are available to our VIP Members through the Members Area and private unlisted profiles shared directly by our concierge team.
RATES & TRAVEL EXPENSES
Rates are variable depending on the model, duration and location. You can check model rates on their profiles via the Model Gallery. Please note that travel costs including trains, taxis, airline tickets, accommodation and any other travel-related expenses are not included in our rates unless expressly stated otherwise.
CASH PAYMENTS
Please note that cash payments must be made discreetly when your companion arrives, using an open envelope.
CURRENCY POLICY
All services must be paid in the currency agreed in advance with the agency at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted and confirmed in the agreed currency, and clients are expected to pay the exact amount in that currency unless otherwise approved by the agency beforehand.
If a client wishes to pay in a different currency, this must be communicated and approved by the agency in advance. Payments made in alternative currencies are subject to an additional 15% surcharge to cover exchange rate differences, banking fees and currency conversion costs.
If a client proceeds to pay in a different currency without prior notice, the agency reserves the right to calculate the final amount received after conversion. Should the converted amount be lower than the agreed service price, the client remains responsible for immediately covering the outstanding balance.
Any currency exchange losses, conversion fees or discrepancies resulting from unauthorized currency changes are solely the responsibility of the client.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Failure to settle the correct amount, comply with payment conditions, repeatedly disregard agency procedures, abuse promotional offers, initiate chargebacks, or otherwise breach these terms may result in cancellation of membership, refusal of future bookings, forfeiture of promotional benefits and permanent exclusion from the agency's services.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Deposits, membership fees, renewal fees, administrative fees, promotional credits, bonus balances, referral rewards, complimentary upgrades and any other payments made to Elite Models VIP are strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and that any account credit remains subject to the validity periods and conditions described herein.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers, bonus balances, complimentary upgrades, membership extensions, referral rewards and special discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Elite Models VIP. Such benefits may not be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash.
TRAVEL & EXTENDED BOOKINGS CONDITIONS
For all dates involving the model traveling outside her city of residence or dates for 6h. or longer meetings, we request 50% down payment in order to confirm the reservation and the full travel expenses in advance if the travel is by plane. The rest of the amount will be made at her arrival discreetly in an open envelope. In case of changes to your trip or if you need to cancel, please let us know with as much advance as possible, there will be no additional charges, deposit will be kept as credit to use in future bookings excluding travel expenses, please note that we don't offer cash refunds. In case of travel cancellation by you in less than 7 days before the meeting your advance will be cleared including all travel expenses.
CANCELLATIONS IN TOWN AREA
If on her arrival the model is clearly not suitable for you, you have the right to cancel the date within the first 10 minutes by calling the agency or by asking the model to call the agency in your presence. For such cases, we will ask you to cover only the effective travel costs or to give her 100€ in compensation for dates in the town area. Should the model wish to cancel the date for whatever reason she is entirely free to do so, but she must inform the agency immediately in your presence. In town cancellations due unexpected changes in your schedule must be done at least 4h before the scheduled meeting, last minute cancelations are not acceptable as many of our models have busy scheduled agendas, please keep that in mind before making a reservation as cancellation fees may apply. In case of no-show by client's side, the client will be banned and won't able to book again with Elite Models VIP.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
Please ensure you approach the agency staff and the models with a polite behavior. We are very selective, and will have no hesitation to politely decline your booking request if you are not behaving respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse the meeting request of any client. Our agency caters only for the most refined VIP clientele. Our high class companions definitely have no need or desire to be "busy", they prefer to meet with just a select few educated and respectful gentleman, for mutually enjoyable dates.
EXTRA INFORMATION REQUIRED
Your full legal name with which you registered your hotel room booking, hotel adress and room number is required to book a date, if you are a new client our agency staff will verify that the data provided is real. Discretion is always assured. Please note that home outcalls are only available for regular clients.
RESPECT DISCRETION AND PRIVACY
Please note that our models can not share any private or personal information. We eagerly advise you not to share private or sensitive information with our ladies. It's strictly forbidden to get in touch with the model by any media which is not via the agency unless agreed upon with the agency, for extended or long term arrangements which strictly will require confidentiality contracts. The Agency keeps private all personal data from our members and models in total conformity to international agreements. If by whatever reason you don't respect our privacy terms and conditions your membership will be automatically suspended and you won't be able to continue using our services in the future, discretion is our golden rule!

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Elite Models VIP Companionship Agency do not provide any illegal or immoral services. The payment is only for the limited time spent with our ladies, anything else that may happen is a matter of choice between two consenting adults. Anything outside of the agreed time is not part of the deal. We hold no responsibility for the conduct of parties. Therefore we cannot be held responsible or accountable for the actions of the involved parties or for any situation that results during or at any time after the appointment/booking and as such the above mentioned parties are responsible for their own actions. Elite Models VIP Agency cannot be held liable. Every one of the ladies is responsible for themselves and independent. The client must treat the ladies always with respect and make sure nothing is done, she does not agree with. Inciting the model in the consumption of illegal substances or too much alcohol is strictly forbidden. We would remind you that for the duration of her contracted services the model is fully under your protection and care. Filming or the taking of photographs of the model is strictly forbidden, unless otherwise agreed upon with the agency on the model’s behalf. The deal is valid only for the client and not for any third party. The content of this website addresses exclusively to persons, who are 18 years or older. This website is a promotional platform for companionship providers, the service we provide is marketing management and arranging appointments for model's time and models are booked for social engagements or companionship only. We are not responsible for anyone's poor judgement!
