Booking Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT METHODS & NEW CLIENT VERIFICATION
Rates are non-negotiable and are set directly by our models.
For short bookings of up to 6 hours, payment may be made in cash. For bookings of 6 hours or longer, an advance payment of at least 50% of the total reservation value is required in accordance with our Advance Payment conditions. We also accept discreet online credit card payments, Bitcoin and selected cryptocurrencies, as well as bank transfers, subject to the payment arrangements confirmed for the individual reservation.
For first-time clients, short local bookings require either:
• Five-star hotel verification, including the hotel name, room number, and full name under which the room is registered; or
• An advance payment of at least 35% of the total booking rate.
For incall appointments or outcalls to private residences, first-time clients are required to provide an advance deposit.
Outcalls to five-star hotels do not require a deposit, provided that the hotel booking can be verified using the guest’s full name and room number.
For bookings scheduled more than 24 hours in advance, you may contact us by email and provide your real name, telephone number, and email address. A member of our team will then contact you discreetly to complete the arrangements.
Your privacy is paramount. All information is handled with strict discretion and confidentiality. We will contact you only through the method agreed with you, and no unsolicited communication will be made following your booking.
Contact details will only be retained beyond what is necessary to arrange your booking where you have specifically requested or authorized us to do so.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS
An advance payment of 50% of the total rate is required for all extended bookings of 6 hours or longer. All advance payments must be fully cleared at least 3 days before the scheduled meeting.
For short bookings of less than 6 hours requested outside our standard office hours (10:00 AM–12:00 AM GMT+2), a 35% deposit is required to confirm and secure the appointment.
Bookings will only be considered confirmed once the applicable advance payment or deposit has been successfully received and cleared.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All deposits are non-refundable. Once received, any deposit paid will be held as account credit and may be applied toward future eligible reservations with any available model, subject to availability, approval, and the applicable booking conditions in effect at the time of the request.
Gold Membership account credit remains valid for 12 months from the date the deposit is received.
Diamond Membership account credit remains valid for 24 months from the date the deposit is received.
Any unused account credit remaining after the applicable validity period will automatically expire and will no longer be available for use. Expired credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.
DEPOSIT CREDIT USAGE
Payment arrangements are determined according to the duration and nature of the reservation, destination, scheduling requirements, availability, and the model selected.
Short Reservations — Under 6 Hours
Short reservations do not generally require the use of deposit credit and may be paid directly using any of our available payment methods.
Where a client wishes to use deposit credit toward a short reservation, Elite Models VIP may, at its discretion, authorize the use of available deposit credit for up to 50% of the total reservation value. The remaining balance may be paid in cash directly to the model upon arrival or through another payment method approved by our concierge team.
In exceptional circumstances, a higher percentage — including the full reservation value — may be authorized from available deposit credit. Any such arrangement is subject to the selected model's preferences, availability, scheduling and operational requirements, and prior approval by Elite Models VIP. Exceptions should not be regarded as standard policy or as establishing entitlement to the same payment arrangement for future reservations.
Due to the flexible and time-sensitive nature of short reservations, including potential schedule changes, availability adjustments, last-minute requirements, or cancellations occurring within hours of the scheduled appointment, the use of deposit credit for short reservations cannot be guaranteed and is assessed individually.
Extended Reservations — 6 Hours or Longer
Reservations of 6 hours or longer require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total reservation value.
Where the client has available deposit credit, Elite Models VIP may apply the required advance payment from that balance in accordance with the applicable Deposit Credit Usage conditions.
Where deposit credit is not used or is insufficient, the required advance payment may be completed using another payment method approved by our concierge team. The remaining balance may be settled in accordance with the payment arrangement confirmed for the individual reservation.
Overnight, Travel & Multi-Day Reservations
Long-duration, overnight, travel, and multi-day reservations may generally be paid in full using available deposit credit, subject to availability, confirmation, and approval.
General Conditions:
All reservations remain subject to model availability, scheduling requirements, and the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
Elite Models VIP reserves the right to determine the appropriate payment structure for each reservation based on its duration, destination, timing, operational requirements, and the model selected.
Deposit credit is a membership benefit and does not constitute an unconditional or guaranteed payment method for every reservation. Its use may be limited, partially authorized, or unavailable where scheduling, operational, administrative, financial, logistical, or model-specific considerations require an alternative payment arrangement.
Approval of deposit credit for one reservation does not create any entitlement, precedent, or guarantee regarding its use for subsequent reservations.
VIP MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
VIP Members receive exclusive access to our private Members Area, including selected magazine cover models, runway models, Playboy Playmates, established social media personalities, and other exclusive profiles available only to approved members.
Our private network extends far beyond the profiles displayed publicly. For privacy and confidentiality reasons, the majority of our models choose not to be listed online.
More than 400 private and unlisted models worldwide may be available to VIP Members through the Members Area or shared privately by our concierge team in response to suitable booking requests.
Private & Unlisted Profiles
Access to private profiles is strictly reserved for active members. Photographs, profiles, contact details, availability information, or any other information provided through the Members Area or directly by our concierge team is confidential and must not be copied, forwarded, distributed, published, or shared with any third party.
Memberships and reservations are strictly individual. Members may not request or arrange reservations on behalf of friends, colleagues, or other third parties. Any additional guest wishing to make an individual reservation must hold their own membership and contact our concierge team directly.
All profiles and introductions remain subject to availability, individual model preferences, destination, scheduling requirements, and the applicable membership and booking conditions.
RATES & TRAVEL EXPENSES
Rates vary depending on the model selected, reservation duration, destination, and specific booking requirements. Rates are provided privately by our concierge team upon request and are non-negotiable, as they are established individually by each model.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, quoted rates do not include travel-related expenses. Any required flights, trains, private transfers, taxis, accommodation, or other reasonable travel and logistical expenses will be calculated separately and communicated prior to confirmation.
For travel bookings, all applicable travel and accommodation arrangements must be confirmed and paid in advance in accordance with the payment instructions provided by our concierge team.
CASH PAYMENTS
Where cash payment is available for the reservation, the outstanding balance must be presented discreetly upon the companion’s arrival.
For privacy and discretion, cash should be prepared in advance in an unsealed envelope and handed to the companion at the beginning of the appointment.
Clients are kindly requested to ensure that the exact agreed amount is prepared in the required currency, unless alternative arrangements have been expressly confirmed in advance by our concierge team.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS, RESERVATIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY
All Elite Models VIP memberships, account access, profile information and reservations are strictly personal, confidential and non-transferable. They are issued solely to the named individual member and may not be shared, assigned or used for the benefit of any friend, associate or other third party.
A member may not:

Use their membership, account, payment method, deposit, credit balance or booking privileges to reserve a model for another person

Submit a booking request, select a model or communicate with Elite Models VIP on another client’s behalf

Share, forward, display, copy, screenshot, publish or disclose private model photographs, videos, profiles, contact details or any other confidential information to friends or third parties

Use information received through the Members Area or concierge service to facilitate a booking outside the member’s own individual reservation
All private material is provided exclusively for the member’s personal consideration in connection with their own potential reservation. The privacy and safety of our models is essential. Their photographs, profiles and personal information must never circulate to individuals who are not verified Elite Models VIP clients.
Every reservation must be submitted by, reviewed for, confirmed with and paid for by the client who will personally attend the appointment. Each client must hold their own active membership where membership access is required, select their own model and accept the applicable Booking Conditions.
If friends wish to arrange a joint dinner or social occasion with multiple models, each client must independently:

Select, reserve and pay for their own model

Accept all applicable membership, privacy, booking and payment conditions
Joint occasions may only be coordinated once every individual reservation has been separately reviewed, approved and confirmed. A single membership, payment, deposit or booking may not be used to arrange reservations for multiple clients.
REFERRALS
Members are welcome to refer friends to Elite Models VIP. Referred clients must contact us directly and activate their own individual membership before receiving private options, profile information or booking access.
Where approved by Elite Models VIP, a referred client may receive a €500 referral discount on the applicable membership fee. This discount is personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit, and does not permit an existing member to share private material or arrange a reservation on the referred client’s behalf.
Elite Models VIP reserves the right to request additional verification and to decline, suspend or terminate membership or bookings where confidential material has been shared, membership privileges have been used by a third party, or this policy has otherwise been breached. Any cancellation resulting from such a breach remains subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
CURRENCY POLICY
All payments must be made in the currency expressly agreed and confirmed by Elite Models VIP at the time of booking.
Rates are quoted and confirmed in the agreed currency, and clients are responsible for ensuring that the exact amount is received in that currency unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance by our concierge team.
Requests to pay in a different currency must be communicated and approved prior to payment. Where an alternative currency is accepted, a 15% currency adjustment will apply to cover exchange-rate fluctuations, conversion costs, processing fees, and associated administrative expenses.
If payment is made in a different currency without prior approval, Elite Models VIP reserves the right to calculate the net amount actually received following conversion and applicable fees. If the resulting amount is lower than the confirmed booking amount, the client remains responsible for settling the outstanding balance immediately.
Any exchange-rate losses, conversion fees, intermediary banking charges, processing costs, or payment discrepancies resulting from an unauthorized change of currency are the sole responsibility of the client.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Elite Models VIP maintains strict privacy, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards for the protection of both clients and models. Failure to respect these standards may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership and refusal of future services.
Grounds for suspension or termination include, without limitation:
• Failure to settle the full amount due or comply with agreed payment conditions;
• Repeated disregard of agency procedures, booking conditions, or concierge instructions;
• Unauthorized sharing, forwarding, copying, publishing, or distribution of model photographs, profiles, availability, personal information, or any other confidential material provided by Elite Models VIP;
• Sharing private Members Area content or unlisted model profiles with friends, colleagues, non-members, or any other third party;
• Requesting, attempting to obtain, or exchanging a model’s private telephone number, social media account, personal contact details, or other direct contact information without prior authorization and, where required, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA);
• Attempting to contact a model privately or circumvent Elite Models VIP after an introduction or reservation arranged through the agency;
• Breaching, attempting to circumvent, or refusing to comply with any NDA, confidentiality undertaking, privacy requirement, or other protective condition established by Elite Models VIP or the model;
• Attempting to arrange reservations for friends, colleagues, non-members, or other third parties through an individual membership;
• Misuse or attempted abuse of promotional offers, referral benefits, account credit, discounts, or membership privileges;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Conduct that compromises the privacy, confidentiality, safety, or legitimate interests of a model, client, or Elite Models VIP; or
• Any other material or repeated breach of these Terms.
Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, Elite Models VIP may suspend or terminate membership without prior notice, decline pending or future booking requests, withdraw membership privileges and promotional benefits, restrict access to private profiles and the Members Area, or permanently exclude the client from the agency’s services.
Suspension or termination does not release the client from any outstanding payment obligations or from any confidentiality, privacy, or non-disclosure obligations that are intended to continue after termination.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Membership fees, renewal fees, administrative fees, and other non-refundable charges expressly identified as such at the time of payment are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Deposits converted into account credit remain subject to the applicable validity period and Deposit Credit Usage conditions. Promotional credits, bonus balances, referral rewards, complimentary upgrades, and other non-cash membership benefits are not redeemable for cash.
By completing a payment, the client acknowledges the applicable payment, cancellation, credit, and validity conditions communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers, bonus balances, complimentary upgrades, membership extensions, referral rewards, discounts, and similar benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Promotional benefits may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Elite Models VIP may modify, suspend, withdraw, or replace promotional offers and discretionary benefits, subject to any rights already acquired by clients and any requirements imposed by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional benefits cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, referral incentives, or account promotions.
TRAVEL & EXTENDED BOOKINGS CONDITIONS
Advance Payment
For all reservations requiring the model to travel outside her city of residence, as well as reservations of 6 hours or longer, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total reservation value is required to confirm the booking.
Travel Expenses
Where air travel is required, all applicable travel expenses — including flights, transfers, accommodation where necessary, and other agreed logistical costs — must be paid in full in advance.
Travel and logistical expenses already incurred, committed, booked, or otherwise non-recoverable are excluded from account credit.
Remaining Balance
Unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly confirmed by our concierge team, the remaining reservation balance may be paid discreetly upon the model’s arrival in an unsealed envelope.
Changes & Cancellations
If your travel plans or schedule change, please inform our concierge team as early as possible.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled meeting, the eligible reservation deposit will remain as account credit and may be applied toward a future reservation, subject to the applicable validity period and Deposit Credit Usage conditions. Cash refunds are not provided.
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Reservation
If the client cancels a travel or extended reservation less than 7 days before the scheduled meeting, the advance payment will be forfeited and will not be converted into account credit.
Any travel or logistical expenses already incurred, booked, committed, or otherwise non-refundable will also be forfeited.
Any rescheduling or cancellation arrangement remains subject to the applicable booking conditions and any costs already incurred on behalf of the client.
CANCELLATIONS IN TOWN AREA
Cancellation Upon Arrival
If, upon meeting the model, the client reasonably determines that the reservation is not suitable, the client may request cancellation within the first 10 minutes of the meeting.
The agency must be contacted immediately, either directly by the client or by the model in the client’s presence.
For an in-town booking cancelled under this provision, the client will be required to pay the model €100 as compensation. Where the reservation has involved transportation or other specifically agreed expenses exceeding the standard local arrangement, the client will instead be responsible for the applicable actual costs as communicated by the agency.
This provision applies only to a genuine cancellation made within the first 10 minutes and does not apply once the reservation has substantially commenced.
Cancellation by the Model
A model retains the right to decline or discontinue a meeting at her discretion.
Where this occurs at the beginning of the reservation, the model must notify the agency promptly so that the circumstances and any applicable payment arrangements can be reviewed.
Schedule Changes & Late Cancellations
Cancellations resulting from unexpected changes to the client’s schedule must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled meeting.
Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee or loss of the applicable booking deposit or credit.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed reservation without prior notice is considered a no-show.
A client who fails to attend a confirmed reservation may forfeit any amount allocated to that booking and may have their membership suspended or permanently terminated.
Elite Models VIP reserves the right to refuse future reservation requests following a no-show.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to communicate with our concierge team and models in a polite, discreet, and respectful manner at all times. Disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intrusive, coercive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Privacy, Confidentiality & Personal Boundaries
Clients must respect each model’s privacy, confidentiality, personal boundaries, and stated preferences at all times.
Unauthorized requests for private telephone numbers, social media accounts, personal contact information, or direct contact outside the agency are not permitted.
Where an NDA or other confidentiality requirement applies, the client must comply fully with those conditions.
Model’s Right to Decline
Our models retain complete discretion over the reservations they choose to accept and may decline or discontinue a meeting where they feel uncomfortable or where appropriate standards of conduct are not respected.
Agency’s Right to Decline
Elite Models VIP reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application or reservation request, subject to applicable law. A reservation request, membership, previous booking, or payment history does not create an automatic entitlement to acceptance of any present or future reservation.
Membership Suspension or Termination
Serious or repeated violations of our standards of conduct, privacy requirements, confidentiality rules, model boundaries, or booking procedures may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, suspension or termination of membership, and refusal of future services.
Our Clientele
Elite Models VIP works with a carefully selected private clientele and prioritizes discretion, privacy, mutual respect, and quality over booking volume.
EXTRA INFORMATION REQUIRED
Hotel Verification
For hotel reservations, clients may be required to provide the full legal name under which the hotel room is registered, the hotel name and address, and the room number.
For first-time clients, Elite Models VIP may verify the information provided before confirming the reservation.
All verification procedures are handled with strict discretion and confidentiality.
Private Residence Bookings
Outcalls to private residences are generally reserved for established clients.
First-time clients requesting a private residence booking may be subject to additional verification requirements and/or an advance deposit before the reservation can be confirmed.
Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when required for verification or booking purposes. Providing false, incomplete, or deliberately misleading information may result in the reservation being declined or cancelled and may affect future access to our services.
RESPECT, DISCRETION AND PRIVACY
Confidentiality
Privacy and discretion are fundamental principles of Elite Models VIP.
Clients and models are expected to respect each other’s privacy and should avoid requesting or disclosing unnecessary sensitive or confidential personal information.
Information concerning our members, models, reservations, and private profiles is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Private Contact Information
Models are not required to disclose private telephone numbers, personal social media accounts, home addresses, or other private contact information.
Clients must not request, obtain, exchange, or attempt to obtain a model’s private contact details for the purpose of establishing unauthorized direct contact outside Elite Models VIP.
Direct Contact Outside the Agency
Contact with a model outside the agency is not permitted unless expressly authorized in advance by Elite Models VIP.
Where direct communication is considered appropriate for an extended, travel, recurring, or long-term arrangement, authorization may be conditional upon the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or other confidentiality agreement.
Authorization for direct contact in connection with one arrangement does not constitute permanent authorization for future reservations or private contact.
Private Profiles & Photographs
Photographs, profiles, availability information, personal details, and other material provided through the Members Area or privately by our concierge team are confidential.
Such material must not be copied, forwarded, published, distributed, or shared with friends, colleagues, non-members, or any other third party without authorization.
Privacy Violations
Any serious or repeated violation of our privacy, confidentiality, direct-contact, or non-disclosure requirements may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership.
Elite Models VIP may additionally restrict access to the Members Area and private profiles, cancel pending reservation requests, and refuse future services.
Confidentiality and discretion are essential conditions of membership.
BEST RATE GUARANTEE
Rate Guarantee
Elite Models VIP is committed to providing premium companionship arrangements under transparent and consistent booking conditions.
If the same model is legitimately advertised elsewhere at a lower rate, clients may contact our concierge team before confirming their reservation.
Comparable Conditions
Any rate comparison must relate to the same model and substantially equivalent booking conditions, including reservation duration, destination, date, travel requirements, currency, payment method, and any applicable additional expenses.
Where the comparison can be verified and the conditions are genuinely equivalent, Elite Models VIP may match the applicable booking conditions.
Promotional, outdated, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise non-comparable third-party advertisements may be excluded from the Best Rate Guarantee.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Nature of Our Services
Elite Models VIP operates as a private marketing, concierge, and appointment-arrangement platform for independent adult models and companionship providers.
Models are introduced and reservations are arranged for their time, presence, social engagements, travel companionship, dinners, events, and other lawful companionship purposes.
Elite Models VIP does not offer, sell, arrange, or guarantee illegal services.
Independent Models
Models operate independently and retain complete personal autonomy during every reservation.
Payment relates exclusively to the agreed reservation time and the applicable companionship arrangement. No payment creates an entitlement to any activity beyond the agreed companionship reservation.
Any personal interaction between adults must remain entirely voluntary and based upon mutual consent.
Consent & Respect
Clients must treat models respectfully and respect their personal boundaries and decisions at all times.
No model is required to participate in any activity to which she has not freely agreed, and she may decline or discontinue a meeting where she feels uncomfortable or her boundaries are not respected.
Alcohol & Illegal Substances
Clients must not pressure, encourage, or attempt to compel a model to consume illegal substances or excessive quantities of alcohol.
Conduct that may compromise a model’s safety, judgment, or ability to provide informed consent is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Recording
Photographing, filming, audio recording, or otherwise recording a model during a reservation is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance by the model and Elite Models VIP.
The publication, transmission, distribution, or sharing of unauthorized photographs, recordings, private profiles, or other confidential material is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.
Individual Reservations
Every reservation is personal to the individual client for whom it was confirmed.
A reservation may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or used to arrange access for any friend, colleague, or other third party.
Each individual wishing to make a reservation must hold their own applicable membership and complete their own booking through Elite Models VIP.
Responsibility for Conduct
Each adult participating in a reservation remains responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and compliance with applicable law.
Elite Models VIP is not a party to independent personal interactions between consenting adults that fall outside the companionship and appointment-arrangement services provided by the agency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Age Requirement
This website and Elite Models VIP membership services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 or over.
By accessing restricted areas, purchasing a membership, or requesting a reservation, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
Elite Models VIP reserves the right to request age or identity verification where appropriate.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or renewing a membership, making a payment, accessing the Members Area, or confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions, privacy requirements, payment policies, and booking conditions of Elite Models VIP.
